主要工作职责:
1.Follow up the tool making schedule in vendor to ensure the tools delivery date can match the fixed schedule.
跟进模具供应商的模具排期，确保模具按期完成。
2.Monitoring the tool making procedure and ensure the tool was made in right material, right machine and process.
监控模具生产流程，保证供应商使用正确的材料，机器及工艺生产模具。
3.Checking the tool’s quality to ensure the tool quality can match the specification and drawing before deliver to Cosmo.
检查模具品质，保证模具交付Cosmo之前符合模具规格及图纸要求。
4.Cooperate with tooling vendor and solve the problem happened during tool production process in vendor side.
同模具供应商合作，解决模具制造过程中出现的问题。
5.Cooperate with Cosmo QE& PD colleague and deal with any tool quality issue, tool modification request.
同Cosmo QE&PD同事合作，处理所有模具品质问题，改模要求等。
6.Prepare the tool vendor performance evaluation report regularly.
定期完成供应商的表现评估报告。
7.Update the tooling matrix regularly.
定期更新模具登记表。
8.Prepare the tool cost breakdown & evaluation for new project.
对新模具项目进行价格及成本评估。
